A FEW OF MY FAVORITE THINGS

WARM WEATHER

After living in ST.George for 5 years, I like it HOT, no so much a fan of Northern Utahs cold weather, except at Christmas but after that its no good.

SPRING TIME

Everything is so clean and fresh and new! I love the flowers and hearing the birds chirping in the morning!

FRESH FRUIT

yum yum yum, hopefully we will be able to grow some raspberry bushes this year

SPAGHETTI

Definately a FAV

CEREAL

I don't care what kind I just love it!!

HOME MADE PIZZA

I have the best recipe:
1Cup warm water

1 teaspoon of sugar

mix

Sprinkle on top 1 Tablespoon of Yeast

Add

1 teaspoon of salt

1 tablespoon of oil

2 1/2 cups flour

knead together, let rise for 10 minutes (sometimes I make it and then down get to the pizza's for 30 minutes or so, and its fine).

Dress with your fav. toppings bake at 450 for 12-13 minutes.

Its so easy and so so yummy, makes about a med. size pizza

I am watching all 10 seasons on DVD, its been GREAT!!! Especially since there is not much on on daytime TV since we don't have cable.

My Husband

Josh is so great! I couldn't be luckier to have a such a great husband! We have so much fun! He is a hard worker and I LOVE HIM SO MUCH!

ANIMALS

I love our pets, They make you feel so loved.

BENCH SWING

Love my bench swing in my back yard, its been nice to have it since its been warm outside.
