all you Mom's out there
Okay so I am trying to decide if I should get a camcorder since we do have a little one on the way but will I use it? so all you Mommy's out there let me know if you use yours or what you think, I am just curious. I know I love watching videos from when I was little. It's just neat to see how dorky you were. :)

I REALLY think you should get one!!!!!! I use mine all the time, for the most random things, but also for the most important things. We took so much video of all Kennley's "firsts", and I just love going back and looking at her first smile, or coo, or her starting to walk and talk.....still pictures just can't do it all! 100% suggest one!
ITS A MUST!!!! It doesn't even need to me an expensive one! I got one five years ago for like$100 and it still works great and does the job! The kids love watching themselves as babies!
Yes for sure you should get one. Or use your camera's video feature. I'd rather do that these days so I only have to carry one device. Much easier to download online too.
YES!!! even if your digital camera takes video...that's enough as long as you are uploading frequently
for sure! that is one thing that is a must!!!! we recorded the delivery, bringing him home, rolling over, talking, bath time! everthing and we now ten months later we still record and have gone back to watch it and its so fun and neat to see how little they are!
oh , and you should also record how big you are, its aweful to watch but crazy!!
Definitely worth it...although reading this makes me feel guilty. We don't use ours nearly as much as we should.
I love having a camera with video available on it. then it's one little device and, I dunno. It's perfect.
I just got a nikon digital camera that's tiny & can fit in my pocket but also records video. I have a camcorder too but it was such a pain to haul around and to switch back & forth from the camera. This way I can take a picture, then push a button & record video. I'm not sure the model, but it's pink and was about $200.
We love both our digital and are video camera. I use mine all the time, I have so many tapes of Chanelle! My video camera is pretty little and way easy to download too! and that way it doesn't take up space on my digital. We watched some just yesterday, and I am so glad we had it to capture those special moments!
