One Month Old

I can't believe it has already been over a month since I delivered my sweet baby boy. This past month has been a world of learning. I never could have imagined how much love I could have for someone. And I never thought I would be the mom that would get so much anxiety over the smallest things when it comes to my baby.
Tate is doing great! We went to the doctor on Friday for a weight check because he was not gaining as quickly as the doctor would have liked and to our surprise he gained 26 ounces in 16 days, weighing in at 8 pounds 4 ounces. The doctor was very please and said Tate looked great and see ya at his 2 month check up. ( By the Holly, thanks for referring dr. Rose, we love him).
In Tate's first month of life he has done lots of exciting things, flown on a plane, visiting our Nations Capital, went to a major league baseball game just to name a few.
His personality is really starting to come out as well. He loves to stretch! Most newborns enjoy being all wrapped up, not Tate, he loves to lay and stretch. One morning I laid him on the bed and here was his routine for about 5 minutes: Stretch, yawn and pucker his lips and repeat. I was cracking up. It was so funny.

I love being a Mom and I know Josh loves his little man. It is so fun to see a Son with his Father. Here are some pictures of Tate on his one Month bday. I have lots more to post but they are on another card so I will do those later. Classic Tate Face, I love it, its so cute!
