Our Trip to DC-Day One Friday

Our Trip began at about 230am Friday the 3rd. That's when I had to get up so we could be ready to go and at Josh's parents house by 4am. Josh decided he wasn't going to sleep, but Tate and I did.
We left Clinton and headed to the airport at 415am. Our flight left at 6am and getting through security was not as bad as I thought but I am someone who gets major anxiety at airports. I don't relax until I am through security.

Here is Tate on his first plane ride, he did so good! Pretty much slept through the entire flight.

We went to DC to see Josh's older brother Kenny, here the two are at dinner friday night. We went to a mexican restraunt in Menassas by our hotel.


Driving to the hotel, I was able to get some snap shots of the memorials, here is the Jefferson Memorial.

Friday night we went to the Nationals game, they played the Atlanta Braves, Josh's favorite team. Tate's First Major League Baseball Game


Our seats were high but really good, and after they had fireworks.
