I was determined to go to st. george for Presidents day weekend. First bad thing: I found out I don't get Presidents day off from work, so trip cut short, no big deal. Second: ummm I can smell anti freeze... no big deal, Josh and his Dad look at the car, everything looks fine, watch it all week. So Friday came and all was well and off we went with Chelese and Steve in tow.
Just in case we forgot how to get there, Steve brought his GPS woo hoo
Tate had Aunt Chelese and Uncle Steve in the back to keep him company
The Cagles also went to St.George and Saturday we all enjoyed a day at Snow Canyon!

oh it's been way too long since we have had one of these self portraits! Love ya girl!!
I love this place, I seriously miss it more than I ever would have thought. It will always be home to me!
Hiking in Snow Canyon on the "cow Pie" thats what I call them, I think they look like red cow pies, I don't know why but I have always thought that.

We spent the weekend at my Aunt and Uncles house, the Nortons! It was sooo good to see them. I love them so much. They are my second parents, they have been such a big part of my life. I lived with them for a while when I was in St.George and I just love that whole family. Thanks Jeff and Deb for letting us bombared your house this weekend. I am so mad I didn't get any pictures with you! Next time for sure! Love ya!!!
Well Third: we made it all the way to Clearfield and our car started to over heat, quickly Josh pulled over and well needless to say we ended up waiting on the side of the road for it to cool down, 5 minutes from home ended up taking another 30+ minutes. We finally made it to the clinton exit, Josh and Steve pushed us down the exit ramped, we coasted down the street and into the chevron parking lot where Josh's Dad rescued us.
Well a week later, a new radiator didn't fix it, so our car is at Ken Garff Nissan, we found out today that it has a Cracked Block, NOT GOOD! Hopefully our warranty will cover it. Ken Garff submitted it to Nissan that it should, hopefully they agree.

I miss you guys!!!
Oh no!!! I shouldn't tell you this, but we had an altima when we were first married, but it was old....and anyway, it had a cracked block too! I really hated that car! Apparently it didn't stop us from buying another Nissan though! Luckily, the maxima has been much better. I am putting good vibes out there that it will be covered by the warranty!
I saw Josh take Tate out yesterday and he is such a little man! Oh my goodness, why do these babies grow up so quickly?! We ended up leaving right after the sacrament, there were way too many people couging around us. Call me paranoid.
I really cannot wait to come back to church full time, I think I will shoot for this Sunday. I miss it and everyone so much!
I am glad you had a good trip down to sunny St. George. Seriously, praying for your car right now!
Ah, sunny St. George! I love Snow Canyon- so beautiful! No fair :)!! I can't believe how light Tate's hair has gotten! And I love how adorbale he looks with all that hair on top of his head! My mama told me she adored having you stay with her. She said Tate is the cutest little kid in all the world! He's captured her heart, which means more trips south so she can mug on those cheeks :) I wish I could see you. Hope all is well, and that everything turns out well with your car!
how fun! i love it down there!
Oh my goodness, that is so frusterating about your car. I hate stuff like that.
It was so fun seeing you the other day, little Tate is just as cute as can be.
