11 Years & 22 Jobs.....

I went to a retirement party not too long ago for Evelyn Henley, she hired me when I was 16 years old as a Courtesy Clerk (Bagger) at Albertsons in West Layton. She had a scrapbook of her entire working career, including her first pay check stubs. It was so neat to look back at her career life and she how far she had come as well as how far the world had come. So I thought, I would document all the different jobs I have had. Becuase I have had ALOT!!

1. Albertsons-West Layton Utah, 1999-2001 started at $5.15 Courtesty Clerk then moved up to be a Cashier
2. Albertsons-Washington Utah 2001 Cashier
3. Costco-Washington Utah 2001 started at $10.00 Cashier Assistant
4. The Gap-St.George Utah 2001-2002 started at $6.15 Sales
5. Pasta Factory-St.George Utah 2001-2002 started at $5.25 Salad Girl/Hostess
6. Albertsons-West Layton Utah 2002 I think I was making $7.00ish Cashier
7. Head Start- Ogden Utah 2002 I don't remember my wage but it wasn't a lot Teacher Assistant
8. Pasta Factory- St.George Utah 2002 back to $5.25 Salad Girl/Hostess again
9. Paula's Mexican Restraunt-St.George Utah 2002 I don't remember my wage Hostess
10. Nanny-Wenham Massachusettes February-March 2003 $800 Month
11. I worked at the Airport for a company hired by Delta, we helped people in wheel chairs get to their flights. Salt Lake City Airport, 2003 April-August I think I was making around $7.00 hour.
12. Wal-Mart- Washington Utah 2003 /september to end of the December, $7.00ish HBA Clerk
13. Pasta Factory- St.George Utah, 2003-2005 Salad Girl/Hostess
14. Village Bank-St.George Utah 2003-2004 I think I might have been making $8.00ish Teller
15. Albertsons-Washington Utah March 2004-December 2005 ended up at $13.06 I went back as a p/t cashier, went to be a service supervisor on the front end, did Book Keeping, Grocery key person, and then Service Operations Assistant.

Okay, so there you have it, as you can see I have had many many jobs! Also, the ones that are highlighted, that means I had those jobs at the same time. At one point I was working 3 jobs all at the same time, Walmart, Pasta Factory and Village Bank. Then I quit WalMart and worked at Albertsons, Village Bank and Pasta Factory. It seems like a lot, but I had fun. I learned something different from every position I have carried. Some jobs were a lot of fun and others well they were jobs to pay the bills.

Obviously my loyalty lies with Fresh Market now and I love it! The company is such a strong growing company who truely cares about the Guest. I couldn't be happier with my career choice and I love this company. I feel truely blessed to get to be apart of this and to still have my job. I work for wonderful Leaders and I know that this company is going to go far!!
