Day four is over and I am doing good.
day three: breakfast: yogurt and cottage cheese; snack: string cheese; lunch: salad w/ chicken; snack: hard boiled egg; dinner: spaghetti squash w/ red sauce & steamed brocoli.
day four: no breakfast; Lunch: grilled chicken wrapped in lettuce w/ tomatoe and pickles; snack: hard boiled egg; dinner: steak & salad; desert: sugar free fudgsicle-it was heaven!!
Total weight loss: 7 lbs
Today has been the hardest so far, I was really tired and a little stressed so I really wanted comfort food but I held strong.

Way to go!!! I keep telling myself I need to do it but then I tell myself....there is Thanksgiving, then Christmas, then president's day?!? I need to STOP making excuses! YOU are aweseome!!

I'm so impressed! My little non-sugar goal is NOTHING compared to this. And 7 pounds? That's gotta feel good!
