Happenings

Life has been moving so fast lately that I feel like it is just passing me by. There are so many things going on that I want to remember and right now with my mindset I am sure I will forget most of them. Here are a few updates on what is Happening in our life here at the Johnstun household.

Tate: Is becoming a little boy! He amazes me everyday with the littlest things he does. He is hilarious and has Josh and I laughing constantly. He definatley has a mind of his own and wants things done on his time with his terms. He LOVES outside, I am sure I have said this before but if it was his choice we would never come in from outside. Another love he has is Popcorn, Sundays we go to Josh's parents and as soon as Grandma starts making Popcorn Tate is right by her side ready to taste. Yesterday we were there with all Josh's family, even the one's from out of town were able to be with us. (Charity our neice had a baptism on Saturday so we all were able to be together). So outside we were with all the little one's and Josh's mom had yelled Popcorn was ready and Tate couldn't get out of the playhouse fast enough, ran across the entire back yard and went right in for his popcorn. It was the funniest thing.
He loves his bedtime stories and hates waking up in the mornings (just like his Dad).
Loves his blankets and binki and MOVIES! I swear that kid could watch the same movie over and over, well he does: a few favs Frosty the snowman, Baby Einstein, Cars, Toy Story 3, Nemo and a few others. now that it is warming up he is less interested in movies, thank goodness.
He is such a good boy and we love him so much. He is truely makes our house a home and brings so much joy into our lives.

Josh: Is amazing! I don't know how he does it with working full time and a full schedule at Weber. After this semester, it ends in a few weeks, he has summer semester and fall and then GRADUATION!!! I don't know who is more excited me or Josh. He recently took an 8 hour test, it was 300 questions, we are waiting to hear back on how he did. He is so smart it amazes me how well he retains information. He is going to be an amazing contractor and Manager one day. I am so blessed to have him in my life. He is still playing indoor soccer on thursday's and recently bought a very young horse, 3 years old this may, so Josh has also been working with him in his spare time. He is a great husband and Dad and I am so grateful for him.

Ashlee (ME): I am growing everyday, not in height but in width! I went to the doctor on Friday the 8th of April and it is Definatley another little baby boy growing inside of me. I am excited it's a boy, this will save us TONS of money, I don't know if our budget is ready for a baby girl. :) The doctor said I am measuring right on track at 17 weeks so that is putting my due date September 16th, I am hoping to go a week early like I did with Tate though.
This time around it is very different, I am in more pain already, at this last appointment it was the first appointment where I had gained any weight, and boy I can feel it. It just feels heavier. I still fit in regular clothes but I will admit my maternity pants are much more comfortable. I love them.
Work is insane right now, I didn't think I was going to survive the past two weeks and this next week is going to be a big one too. But I love my job and the people I get to work with. I am so grateful for the opportunity I have to help provide for our family while Josh is in school. And it is hard to be away from my Tate but I know he is in the next best care. I don't know what we would do with our the Aults, Tate loves them so much and to be honest I think he gets bored on the weekends with just me and Josh around and no kids to play with.

These are just a few thoughts and a few things I wanted to journal about. It has been way too long, and I am becoming a slacker on my posts. One day soon I will do a HUGE post with all the past happenings with lots of pictures!
