Here you go Jess, my belly! This is after my 2 mile walk last night, I am trying to build up to do that every night. So far its been every other, and I am actually really enjoying it. I have worked out some what this pregnancy but I have been wanting to do it more regularly, trying to get my legs ready for shorts and well to carry all this weight! I had an ultra sound on Wednesday the 28th, it went really well and he is still a he. He looks so good and is very healthy she said. Its so neat to see their brain, heart, kidneys, spine. It was so special.

I got to watch open heart surgery today it was so awesome, school is crazy busy but so soon it will be over :)

You are still looking so cute. Definetly little for 20 weeks. I am so impressed with the two miles every day. I wished that we lived closer so that I had a little motivation.

I don't know how the heck they can tell which black spot belongs to which organ, but it's still special.
That is so good that you are walking most nights of the week. I did not exercise one single time while pregnant. Work helped out a lot, but next pregnancy I won't be working, so I better exercise! Keep it up!

Ashley I don't know if I could handle going to the zoo and seeing Josh behind bars throwing his poop at me.. It might bring a tear to my eye cuz I had such high hopes for him.. Things in DC are going pretty good, I went to a Capitals hockey game last week and had fun. I wished that I had Bryce with me cuz he really would have liked it too. Hey Josh, Man Utd. won 4-1 today against Derby County in the 5th round of the FA cup. They are still in the running for four trophies this year. Later
