South Beach Diet

So I started the South Beach diet on Monday the 15th. Phase one is the hardest but so far I have done great.
Phase one: no sugar or carbohydrates, including no fruits. basically veggies and lean meats for 2 weeks. Then phase two starts.
I am going to track my progress and meals on here so I can remember and be held accountable. Also I am taking a break during thanskgiving, its my favorite holiday and my birthday weekend...

Day One: breakfast yogurt w/ cottage cheese (yogurt is cheating but i hate the plain stuff so I have fat free); snack: string cheese; Lunch: fresh brocoli and cauliflower; snack: string cheese; dinner: omelet w/ cheese and turkey and peppers. Drinks: water and Milk

Day Two: breakfast yogurt w/ cottage cheese; snack: string cheese; lunch: salad w/ celery and raspberry vinagrette dressing; Dinner: baked chicken w/ steamed brocoli and Milk.

Weight Loss: 3lb

Hey Ash! Good luck! My mom did this diet for a while but had to switch to weight watchers. I didn't think you needed to diet though. We miss you guys and hope you have an awesome thanksgiving and birthday! Love ya!
